An apprenticeship is an important step in everyone’s life. It is a period during which one acquires a professional knowledge and gains practical experience on the job. A good education lays the foundation for a later career and allows for professional orientation and development.
Most apprenticeships begin in August or September of each year and last between 2 and 3 years. Trainees work in a company or institution during their training and attend vocational school once or twice a week. The focus of the training is practical, while the vocational school provides theoretical knowledge.
