If you have been hankering for soft shell crabs, Germaine’s Uptown will feature the Eastern Shore delicacy on the Wednesday lunch menu.

“I stopped into see Sheila and Chris Lingerman at Chester River Seafood about soft crabs and we’re in luck,” Germaine told the Kent Pilot. “We’ll be serving soft shell crab sandwiches Wednesday.”

“We dredge the Jumbo soft crabs shells in Old Bay and flour and sautéed in butter,” Germaine explained.

The crispy crab is served on a brioche roll with Bibb lettuce, Arnold Farms tomatoes, and remoulade.

“Call us early because local seafood goes quick,” Germaine reminded us.
