Thomas Arthur Fulton of Chestertown, MD, passed away on Monday, April 5, 2021 at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore. He was 37.
Born on July 21, 1983 in Chester, PA, he was the son of the late Alex Arthur Fulton and Peggy Osborn Fulton of Leland, NC. He was educated in the Queen Anne’s County School System, where he was a water boy for the football team and equipment manager for the baseball team. He worked with the Queen Anne’s County Board of Education for 15 years as an office clerk with Human Resources. He later worked with Happy Chicken Bakery as a dishwasher. Thomas was a member of the Kent Center family, where he resided for the past 5 years. He was a very independent, conscientious and was dedicated to whatever he set his mind to. Thomas was a wonderful son. He texted his mom every morning and every night and called her a 4pm every day. He loved his family, eating out, and going to the movies especially comedy’s. Thomas served as an usher for the Presbyterian Church of Chestertown. He was also involved with the Special Olympics participating in swimming and power lifting. He was an avid Orioles and Ravens fan as well.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by a sister, Kimberly Osborn Fulton of Chestertown, MD; a nephew Cameron Arthur Barnes; two brothers, David Alex Fulton (Julie) of Virginia and Neal Robert Fulton (Babbie) of Pennsylvania; and a friend, James Manaro.
Services will be held on Friday, April 9, 2021 at 1:00 pm at the Presbyterian Church of Chestertown, where relatives and friends may call one hour prior (12-1pm). Interment will be held privately in Crumpton Cemetery. Services will also be live streamed at www.presbyterianchurchofchestertown.org.
